Loretta Pickford is the President of the Magnificent Journey Coaching and Consulting Services.  She brings a diverse array of life, spiritual and business experience to her clients.   Loretta received her degree of Pastoral Ministry from the American Catholic Church of Spiritual Healing and her Bachelor of Arts degree for Trinity College.  For over 25 years she has provided project management, consulting and training services to the informational technology industry.  In 2000, she shifted her purpose to one of service and support to individuals on their life’s journey.  She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and graduate of the Co-Active Leadership program.  Her spiritual studies include Science of Mind, Our Lady of the Violet Heart Seminary-Institute, yoga, meditation, energy healing and numerous personal development programs.  She is trained in Pranic Healing, Reiki II and Quantum Touch.

Loretta’s coaching focuses on awakening the consciousness of individuals and propelling them toward their dreams.  This awakening brings insight into one’s inner strengths, self-talk, and belief systems while creating a relationship with the God of their Heart.  These insights, combined with the power of thought and the spoken word, moves a person to intentional creation in their lives.  This work is done via 1:1 coaching, workshops and seminars.  Loretta uses tools such as the DISC behavioral assessment and a values assessment to facilitate rapid shifts in awareness and the creation of positive results in a short time.

Loretta received her coaching training and certification from Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA (CTI).  The CPCC certification program is a six-month intensive training program that includes hands-on coaching, intensive learning labs, group work and one-on-one supervision of coaching interactions.  Certification is awarded upon passing a written exam and live coaching sessions.
